Return your order within 14 days of receipt.

We will make the exchange for your desired size or refund your payment for the returned item(s). 

Shoes that have been worn cannot be accepted for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturers' defect.

If you are not satisfied with your store purchase, return unworn items within fourteen days of receipt for exchange, store credit (gift card) or refund. Shoes or clothes that have been worn cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. ALL in-store sale items are final sales.
 

ONLINE PURCHASES
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase or need to exchange for a different size return your order within fourteen days of receipt to return address. We will make the exchange for your desired size or refund your payment for the returned item(s). Shoes that have been worn beyond trying on cannot be accepted for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
